High Pressure HDPE Pipe

High pressure HDPE pipes are manufactured using PE100 virgin resin, which provides superior mechanical strength, impact resistance, and long-term durability.

Tensile Strength: ≥ 25 MPa

Elongation at Break: > 350%

Minimum Required Strength (MRS): 10 MPa

These features allow PN32 pipes to operate safely under high internal stress without deformation or cracking.

③Support and Anchoring – Provide proper pipe supports and thrust blocks to resist hydraulic shock and axial force.

④Temperature Control – Avoid exposure to high temperatures (>40°C) during installation.

⑤Bedding and Backfill – Place pipes on smooth sand layers; avoid sharp stones that may damage pipe walls.
