1. Temperature control

Temperature control is an important control factor in extrusion operations. The temperature of the controlling factors required for the extrusion molding of PVC-U drainage pipe is the temperature of the barrel, the temperature of the diameter of the machine, and the temperature of the die. The temperature is too low, the plasticization is poor, the appearance of the pipe is dull, the mechanical properties are poor, and the quality of PVC-U drainage pipe products cannot meet the requirements: the temperature is too high, the material will decompose, and the product will change color.

2. Screw speed

Increase the screw speed and increase the extrusion volume, which can increase the output, but it is prone to poor plasticization, resulting in rough inner walls of PVC-U drainage pipes and reduced strength. At this time, the pressure of the machine head should be adjusted to achieve the best output and quality. . The temperature control of the screw affects the material conveying rate, material plasticization, melting quality, etc. To extrude the PVC-U drainage pipe, cooling water is required to lower the screw temperature, which is beneficial to improve the quality of plasticization. 3. Traction speed

It is very important to adjust the traction speed in the operation of extruding the PVC-U drainage pipe. The material is melted and plasticized by extrusion, and is drawn after being continuously extruded from the machine head, so as to enter the shaping device, cooling device, traction device, etc. The traction speed should be Match the extrusion speed. 4. Compressed air and pressure

  • Automatic feeding system for raw materials of PVC-U drainage pipes. This system requires accurate measurement and reliable delivery. The gate can be closed or opened to realize the automatic supply of raw materials.

The common point of these two methods is that there is a large turntable at the outlet of the belt, that is, the centralized packaging area. All PVC-U drainage pipe products and runner materials are sorted and packaged by workers on the turntable.

When the automation of the above four aspects is realized, the entire injection molding machine operation area can realize unmanned and light-off operations. It only needs to be operated on site during mold change and debugging before starting the work. During normal production, only a small number of people are arranged to work in the packaging area. .
