Foundation construction
For general soil quality, a layer of medium-coarse sand foundation layer with a thickness of 100 mm should be laid on the undisturbed soil foundation below the pipe bottom or the foundation that has been backfilled and compacted; when the soil quality of the foundation is poor, gravel with a thickness of not less than 200 mm can be used. The base layer can also be laid in two layers. The lower layer is made of gravel with a particle size of 5-32 mm and the thickness is 100-150 mm. The upper layer is covered with medium-coarse sand with a thickness of not less than 50 mm. For soft soil foundations, when the bearing capacity of the foundation is less than the design requirement or the undisturbed soil of the foundation is disturbed to affect the bearing capacity of the foundation due to precipitation and other reasons during the construction period, the foundation must be reinforced first. Lay a base layer of medium-coarse sand. For pipeline loads, ground soil changes and other factors that may cause uneven longitudinal settlement of pipelines, the foundation should be reinforced before pipeline laying.
Pipe laying and connection
Align the ports of the two pipes to be connected and be as coaxial as possible, and lay the electric heating belt on the inner wall of the joint of the two pipes with the supporting machine. The melting belt is rounded and pressed evenly on the inner wall of the pipe, and all the pressure plates of the machine tool should be neatly covered and pressed on the hot melting belt. Connect the hot-melt welding machine (power supply) to the electric heating circuit of the electric melting belt, and perform electric heating and welding according to the welding process parameters such as current and power-on time provided by the pipe manufacturer. After welding, carry out natural cooling (generally ≥ 40min). During the cooling process, it is not allowed to move the welding equipment, and ensure that the joint is not affected by external force. Only after cooling can the equipment be removed.
