Making M-PVC Drainage Pipe Equipment

The equipment required are: frequency conversion high and low speed mixer, 65 type conical twin-screw extruder (pipe high calcium screw, with positive vacuum pump in the host), pipe extrusion die, vacuum sizing water tank, traction machine (pipe diameter range Less than 250mm can use ordinary crawler tractor, more than 250mm can use three-claw tractor), laser inkjet printer, chipless cutting machine (planetary cutting machine for large pipe diameter), stacker (turning table), automatic flaring machine.

PVC+stabilizer+filler+toughening agent+slip agent+processing aid+pigment, etc.

The first step of making M-PVC drain pipe raw material mixing:


It is to add M-PVC stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials into the high-speed mixer according to the proportion and process successively. The material drops to 40-50 degrees; this allows it to be fed into the hopper of the extruder.


Making M-PVC Drain Pipe Step 2 Extruder Part:

This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion volume and the feeding volume can be matched to ensure the stable extrusion of the product. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, and the heat transfer area and shear speed of the material are relatively large, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The high shear rate enables the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, the M-PVC mixture is plasticized and pushed to the head, so as to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; and achieve the purpose of exhausting and dehydrating. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation.

Making M-PVC Drain Pipe Step 3 Extrusion Die Section:

After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of M-PVC, the subsequent material is pushed to the die head by the screw, and the extrusion die head is the key component of pipe forming.


Making M-PVC Drain Pipe Step 4 Vacuum Forming Tank:

It is used for the shaping and cooling of M-PVC drainage pipes. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a vacuum system and a water circulation system for shaping and cooling. The stainless steel box is equipped with circulating water spray cooling. Adjust the manual device.

Making M-PVC Drain Pipe Step 5 Tractor:

The tractor is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hardened pipes out of the machine head, and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion.


Making M-PVC Drain Pipe Step 6 Cutting Machine:

After being controlled by the travel switch according to the required length, automatic cutting is carried out, and the rack is turned over after a delay, and the production is carried out. Keeping synchronization, the cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drives. The cutting machine is equipped with a vacuum device to suck out the debris generated by cutting in time and recover it.


Make M-PVC Drain Pipe Step 7 Turnover Rack:

The turning action is realized by the air cylinder through the control of the air circuit. The turning frame is provided with a limit device. After the cutting saw cuts the pipe, the pipe continues to be conveyed. After a delay, the air cylinder starts to work to realize the turning action and achieve the purpose of unloading. . After unloading, it will automatically reset after a delay of several seconds, waiting for the next cycle.
